Welcome to DaNet

DaNet is a network created in 2002 connecting universities, research institutions, extension services and companies. It is a network for people with interest in engineering and technology related to agriculture.

DaNet has coordinated and promoted several joint research projects, including six international validated research projects under the research programme “Sustainable Technology in Agriculture” financed by the Danish Research Agency and the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries.

In order to secure the highest possible qualifications and competences in the future workforce, DaNet organises PhD courses for the field on a regular basis. DaNet also organises thematic workshops with international invited speakers. A Board of Representatives of the DaNet members supervises the network activities.

We believe in results through cooperation, knowledge sharing, and an open-minded, skilled approach to the key challenge of tomorrow – the need for sustainable food production.
